Roy and Mary Bray

We are relatively newcomers to motorcycle riding and GWRRA. Actually, it was a 1993 Goldwing with a 2000 California Sidecar trike conversion that introduced us to both in the fall of 2002.

That was in the hamlet of Hurricane, Utah. We bought our trike sight-unseen on the internet. My nephew flew to St. Louis and rode the trike back to Amarillo, where my brother-in-law rode it on into Utah. Mary and I took our first ride on it Thanksgiving Day. And two more senior citizens happily joined the ranks of people who think even a bad day of riding is better than a good day at work.

Roy and Mary moved back to Beaumont in February 2006. And now happily ride a bright red 2004 GL1800 with a California Sidecar trike converson and matching trailer. Mary is semi-retired, but works just as hard as Roy, helping him with his operations duties for a company that works with families of "troubled" teens.
